Health Screenings

SELF-REPORTED numbers (health logs) are values YOU enter in My Well Center. These may include the height/weight (BMI) you entered during registration, blood pressure from a home monitor or cholesterol numbers you receive from your doctor. Though they may be from a valid source (such as your doctor), they are still considered self-reported in My Well Center, since they are entered by you. These are referred to as SELF-REPORTED.

LAB RESULTS are values that are the result of a group health screening and electronically sent to us from LabCorp, or are printed lab results you provided to us from your physician during a health screening. Referred to as VERIFIED, since they are from the result of a screening and are validated by your physician.

SCREENING RESULTS are ALL results (including labs) from a group health screening. They are referred to as VERIFIED, since they are from the result of a screening and not self-entered.

This is your complete report which explains what your results mean, including recommendations to improve your numbers, if needed. You may view it on-line or a printable version is available to share your results with your physician.
